Yup, da good ole days! Down the end of Church street...listening to the sound of the train whistle and the fog horn while layin in bed at night..really miss that! Playin' outside without a care in the world.
The old folks would say, "git out an play...your gittin' on me nerves!" We'd go out, down to da barricks..climbin' around, down dark concrete stairs full of broken glass,..feelin our way through the dark and and tryin not to fall over the ledge into the black abiss! ha..no worry that the old folks would bother our fun!! :-)
Ice clamper jumpin' and scaling the cliffs with Ward! Tryin to avoid BOO who we were scared of, or the Atlantic street gang or the Crescent street gang...down to Lockmans. Over to Cranberry. Walking the heaps to school and tryin to avoid gettin' chased by the gangs..again.. ha.
